In our METALCALORE department for commercial heat treating, we have installed in production:
Nr. 1 oil hardening line with TEMPRAMATIC shaker heart furnace for production of small and delicate metal parts in small series.
Nr. 1 oil hardening line with TEMPRAMATIC shaker heart furnace for production of small metal parts in medium series
Nr. 1 carburizing/carbonitriding and hardening line with continuous conveyor belt RIALTO furnace for production of medium and big series of small metal parts
Nr. 1 CARBOSIB horizontal sealed quench chamber line with total automation, for carburizing/carbonitriding and oil hardening of pieces of medium/big dimensions
Nr. 2 continuous conveyor belt hump backed furnaces for annealing and magnetic annealing, solubilisation, brazing, PH hardening, ... under controlled atmosphere
